Refund & Return Policy
At Bluvia, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns:
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
3. Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.
4. Return Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. How to Initiate a Return:
